Magic Johnson to launch scholarship fund

NBA legend, entrepreneur and philanthropist Earvin “Magic” Johnson will on Friday announce a new scholarship for high school seniors.

According to sources, Johnson will be be at Booker T. Washington High School in Memphis, Tennessee to launch a US$30,000 fund available to high school seniors looking to further their education at tertiary institutions including colleges and universities.
