Edward Waters College President, Nathaniel Glover nominated for HBCU award

Edward Waters College President and alumnus, Nathaniel Glover is on track to becoming the Best Male President of a Historically Black College or University (HBCU).

Nominees for the award were selected based on their impact and achievement in the fields of leadership, arts, athletics, research and community engagement. Glover’s nomination comes a time where many of the 106 HBCU’s across the United States are struggling to keep funding and enrollment up.

The nominations were submitted and reviewed by a host of individuals close to the HBCU community including students, alumni, public relations officials and journalists covering HBCUs.
