Oprah Winfrey to re-launch network
Oprah Winfrey (pictured), partnering with Discovery Communications are gearing up for a relaunch.
Discovery Communications will spend US$15 million on an ad push, 50 percent more than it spent on the Jan. 1 launch of the Oprah Winfrey Network (OWN), on top of the over US$200 million it has already invested since the inception of OWN.
