A$AP Rocky in the process of buying an English Soccer Club

Rapper A$AP Rocky is reportedly in the process of acquiring EFL Club Tranmere Rovers.

The 36-year-old partner of pop star Rihanna is said to be part of an investment group, led by celebrity lawyer Joe Tacopina, that is looking to purchase an 80 percent stake in the Birkenhead club.

Known by his real name, Rakim Mayers, Rocky is a seasoned entrepreneur with various business ventures. He has also previously launched a Canadian whisky brand named Mercer + Prince.

He adds to the increasing number of North American celebrities investing in the English soccer league.
