Meet Demilade Obayomi: The co-founder of venture capital fund, A-Level Capital

Johns Hopkins University student Demilade Obayomi is a co-founder of a new venture capital fund namely A-Level Capital. The initial idea behind this fund is to help support student-run start-ups with the required financial support in the first six to 18 months of a start-up’s life.

Obayomi who majored in Mechanical Engineering and minoring in Entrepreneurship & Managementat Johns Hopkins university has experience as an entrepreneur – having founded a chocolate business called Jama Cocoa and has been part of the executive of university’s Marshal L. Salant Team which provides undergraduate the opportunity to make real investment decisions in managing a US$250,000+ portfolio.
