Jared Loggins voted best male HBCU student
Jared Loggins, a 2015 graduate of Morehouse College, was recently named Male Student of the Year at the annual AARP HBCU Awards.
Loggins graduated from Morehouse with a degree in political science.
He was a Mellon-Mays Undergraduate Research Fellow and formerly a Presidential Fellow at the Center for the Study of the Presidency and Congress. He is a member of the Georgia College Press Association and the Southern Political Science Association.
“The HBCU Awards is just one of many opportunities to support the important work black colleges are doing all over,” Loggins said. “Yes, I am grateful for the award, but so many current students, graduates, and administration should also be celebrated for birthing the next generation of leaders and thinkers.”
