Grenada Introduces Exclusive Citizenship by Invitation Initiative to Attract Global Business Leaders
The Investment Migration Agency (IMA) of Grenada has announced the launch of a new Citizenship by Invitation Initiative, designed to attract high-caliber global business leaders and innovators to the Caribbean nation.
Unveiled in the capital, St. George’s, this initiative is a strategic collaboration between Arton Capital and Forbes Global Talent, adopting a highly selective approach by exclusively inviting individuals whose expertise aligns with Grenada’s national development objectives. Candidates will be expected to contribute to key sectors such as technological innovation, renewable energy, infrastructure development, and entrepreneurship.
The program marks a significant evolution of Grenada’s Citizenship by Investment (CBI) program, following the recent discontinuation of applications from Russian nationals – a segment that had generated substantial non-tax revenue over the past two years.
Thomas Anthony, CEO of IMA Grenada, emphasized the initiative’s broader vision beyond financial investment. “This initiative is about more than just investment—it is about fostering strategic partnerships and driving progress.
We are not merely granting citizenship; we are curating a network of influential individuals who will actively contribute to Grenada’s long-term development.”
Armand Arton, CEO and Chairman of Arton Capital, highlighted the program’s efficiency, stating that it will offer “an exceptionally streamlined and seamless process compared to other investment migration programs globally.”
The initiative upholds Grenada’s rigorous due diligence standards, incorporating comprehensive identity verification and background checks to ensure the highest levels of transparency and national security. Additionally, it aims to create opportunities for local entrepreneurs, facilitate knowledge transfer, and strengthen Grenada’s global business networks.
IMA Grenada has reiterated its commitment to transparency, sustainable development, and national security, ensuring that the program delivers lasting economic and social benefits to both the nation and its people.
