The black community is facing high levels unemployment. What are the solutions? The government is no longer reliable as a leading career path for African-Americans.
All Americans should demand more from their elected leaders.
Proactive measures are necessary on the part of the jobless. And for African-Americans, who are unemployed at a rate double that of the rest of the country, you may want to consider moving to where the jobs are.
