Don Charlton is the founder and CEO of The Resumator – a company “that takes the hassle out of hiring”.

Charlton founded the company in 2009 and in the few years The Resumator has grown to the extent that it has become the provider of choice for many employers.

According to sources, The Resumator has changed the way hiring gets done online. It provides an on-demand hiring platform which helped employers save money on advertising jobs while dramatically increasing the speed at which they can collaboratively review submitted resumes.

Employers using The Resumator have benefitted through vastly reduced job advertising costs and considerably reduced the time required to sort and distribute resumes. The copmany provides a user friendly platform for collaboration throughout the resume-review process. President Barack Obama’s and Mitt Romney’s campaign teams used The Resumator platform to handle job applications of prospective campaign staffers and volunteers.

Prior to founding the company, Charlton worked as an interactive web designer. He is an alumnus of the Rochester Institute of Technology.
