NBA star Dorell Wright partners with United Negro College Fund to create KB3 Scholarship Fund

Dorell Wright who currently plays for the Philadelphia 76ers in the NBA has partnered with the UNCF (United Negro College Fund) through his own organization, The D Wright Way Foundation, to create the KB3 (Khelcey Barrs III,) Scholarship Fund.

The KB3 Scholarship Fund will be used to assist graduating high school students who face financial difficulties in attaining a post secondary education.

The KB3 scholarship was was officially launched just before the start of the 76ers home game on Sunday, where Wright presented a check for US$50,000 to UNCF to start the KB3 Scholarship Fund.
