Mavis Bank Coffee Ltd sold to Pan Jamaican and Jamaica Producers Group.

Mavis Bank Coffee Factory Limited., has been acquired by the Pan Jamaican Investment Trust (PanJam) and the Jamaica Producers Group.

The acquisition which was concluded October 14, will see the transfer of assets which include real estate, fixed assets, contracts, books of business, trademarks and goodwill, as well as the assumption of specific factory liabilities. Closing is expected to take place within 60 days of the date of the agreement.
