Harlem Capital is in the process of raising a US$150 million fund, as indicated by documents filed with the Securities and Exchance Commission.

If successful, this will be the firm’s third and largest fund to date. In 2021, Harlem Capital raised an impressive US$134 million, significantly surpassing the US$40 million it secured for its first fund in 2019.

Established in 2015, Harlem Capital aims to support diverse founders. Their second fund primarily targeted early-stage, post-product companies across various sectors, with a strong emphasis on consumer and enterprise technology.

According to Pitchbook, the firm currently manages US$174 million in assets and has made over 80 investments since its founding, achieving 12 exits. Some notable investments include Propense.ai, fintech company Poolit, and the e-commerce platform Gander.
