2) Move Something: Your body needs to be exercised daily; if you aren’t ready for the gym grind, start slowly adding physical activity to your routine. Skip the bus that connects to your train and walk the extra ten blocks. Take the stairs. Check out workout routines on YouTube (being sure to start slowly if you are new to exercising). Take a stroll during your lunch hour.
