Observers have noted that tourism has taken center stage Caribbean Investment Forum signalling a positive move towards increasing tourism investment opportunities within the region.
This years Caribbean Investment Forum was hosted by InvesTT, Trinidad & Tobago’s investment promotion agency.
About InvestTT: InvesTT’s mission is to grow Trinidad & Tobago’s non-oil and gas sectors, of which tourism is a significant part. The government of the twin island-nation has stated its intention to develop the industry along with its major stakeholders and thereby increase the contribution of tourism to the gross domestic product (GDP).
