BLACK ENTERPRISE to hold symposium on how schools and businesses can use technology to close Achievement Gap

(PRNewswire via COMTEX) – Columbus, Ohio – Black Enterprise, with support from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, present “Today’s Business Crisis: Educating Tomorrow’s Workforce.”

The Symposium is part of an educational series aimed to cultivate a conversation between the academic and business communities. The Columbus event will focus on how schools can partner with businesses to create innovative learning models and improve the academic performance of K-12 and post-secondary students through the use of new technology.

The event will take place on Wednesday, May 15, 2013 from 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m (local time) and will be hosted at the Greater Columbus Convention Center, Grand Ballroom, 400 N High St., in Columbus, Ohio.
