Jamaica sinks Cuba 3-0
Jamaica is revelling in its 3-0 victory over Cuba in their second friendly international game at the Montego Bay Sports Complex in St James last night.
Jamaica’s victory was attributed to Ryan Johnson, Jevaughn Watson and Mitchily Waugh who each scored a goal.
It was Jamaica’s second straight victory over the Cubans following a 1-0 win in the first game at the National Stadium in Kingston Wednesday night.
The team will now travel to New Zealand where they face that region’s powerhouse on February 29.
The games are geared toward helping Jamaica prepare for their upcoming 2014 World Cup Qualifying campaign.
Jamaica starts its’ 2014 World Cup qualifying campaign on June 8 at home against Guatemala.
