Drogba set to return to Chelsea after concussion

Didier Drogba (pictured), is set to return after injury for Chelsea’s League Cup third-round tie against west London rivals Fulham at Stamford Bridge on Wednesday.

He has been sidelined for the club’s last three matches, including the 3-1 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday, but the club confirmed Tuesday he was available for selection for Wednesday’s League Cup tie with local rivals Fulham.

Drogba, has been named to the panel which will probe post-election violence in the west African country of Ivory Coast which left over 3,000 dead.
