Cameroonian soccer player Samuel Eto’o suspended

The Cameroon football federation disciplinary committee has meted unprecedented sanctions against Indomitable Lions skipper Samuel Eto’o (pictured), his deputy Eyong Enoh and Benoit Assou Ekotto.

Eto’o and Eyong will receive seven- and four-match bans respectively for their alleged implication in the protest action that stopped the Lions from honoring a friendly in Algiers.
