Anthony Carmona inaugurated as President of Trinidad & Tobago

Trinidad & Tobago President, Anthony Carmona

Retired Judge, Anthony Carmona is the new President of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

President Carmona was yesterday afternoon sworn in as the country’s fifth President at a public ceremony attended by politicians, and the people, at the Hasley Crawford Stadium, Port of Spain.

He then performed his first official function, that of inspecting the 96 member Guard of Honor.

Carmona was elected President earlier this year.
