Hundreds of Boko Haram militants as Nigeria increases pressure on group

Cameroon’s defense ministry said more than 300 Boko Haram fighters have surrendered there in the past 3 weeks. Spokesman Lt. Col. Didier Badjeck told reporters that the militants have given up their arms and asked for asylum in Cameroon. Their fate has not been decided.
