The 28-year old player has been inspirational for Premier League leaders Manchester City and scored the winner against Stoke City in the FA Cup final to claim their first major title since City’s League Cup victory in 1976.

Toure is now seen as one of the most valuable midfielders in England and now got credit for it by claiming Africa’s most prestigious individual title.
