Venus Williams will play in Barbados

Venus Williams, the former world No.1, is expected to be back on court in Barbados. The Barbados exhibition is scheduled to be held on Dec. 10-11, 2011.
Venus had to withdraw before her second-round match at this year’s U.S. Open after being diagnosed with Sjögren’s syndrome. She has not played since and is currently ranked 101 in the world.
Venus and Serena Williams are also scheduled to play an exhibition match in Milan on Dec. 3 against Italy’s Francesca Schiavone and Flavia Pennetta.
