Robert F Smith’s Vista Equity Partners acquires JAGGAER

Earlier this month, Vista Equity Partners (Vista), a global investment firm founded by Robert F. Smith that specializes in enterprise software, data, and technology-enabled businesses, announced the acquisition of JAGGAER from Cinven. JAGGAER is a leading global provider of enterprise procurement and supplier collaboration software. The financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

JAGGAER offers a configurable source-to-pay and supplier collaboration platform that supports both direct and indirect procurement processes. Their AI-powered solutions help more than 1,400 customers worldwide to optimize and automate various procurement functions, including sourcing, spend management, contracting, eProcurement, invoicing, and supply chain visibility.
