Tracey Syphax is the founder and CEO of Capitol City Contracting Inc., and Phax Group, LLC.
Syphax who had been released from prison in 1992 founded the company in 1995.
Capitol City Contracting Inc., specializes in home and building improvements where as Phax Group, LLC is a real estate development company.
Mr. Syphax is committed to his community, in addition to being a successful entrepreneur, he is a motivational speaker; he is a founding board member, is the Minding Our Business (M.O.B.) – a program that mentors middle school children with regards to how to start and operate a business; and is also the Co-chair for the Mayor Office of Employment Training& (MOET) in Trenton, New Jersey. He is co-chair of the Trustee Board at Union Baptist Church (one of the largest African American Churches in Trenton, NJ).
