Isaac Olowolafe Jr. is the President and CEO of both Dream Maker Realty Inc. and Dream Fund Holdings a new brand of Real Estate/Wealth Management Services delivering three primary services: buying and selling real estate for individuals, wealth creation opportunities for individuals, and wealth creation opportunities for institutions.

Under Olowolafe, The Dream Maker Realty Inc. currently manages in excess of US$ 200 million in assets in the Toronto area, whilst the Dream Fund Holdings has managed over US$ 500 million in investments. Dream Maker Realty Inc. employs 16 full-time licensed agents, and over 250 consultants around the globe.

Olowolafe Jr. established The Dream Maker Realty/Olowolafe Family Scholarship Award at the University of Toronto in 2010. He also co-founded the “Build Our Wealth” non-profit organization, with a campaign focused on education, mentorship and investment access. He is also a board member of “Youth Deserve the Chance to Dream”, and University of Toronto’s Transitional Year Program.

In 2011, Olowolafe donated US$25,000 to establish an annual award for a student enrolled in the African Studies Program at the University of Toronto’s New College. The Ontario Trust for Student Support, an Ontario government program, matched the amount, bringing the total endowment to US$50,000.

Olowolafe, an alumnus of the University of Toronto, having graduated with a Bachelors in Economics in 2007 is a recipient of several awards: “The Harry Jerome Business Award” (March 2011); Letter of Recognition from Cresford Developments (2010); Recognition Letter from Milborne Real Estate (2009). and Bronze Sales Award from Home Life Superstars (2008).
