Gail Warrior is the founder and CEO of the Warrior Group – the largest largest minority woman-owned construction firm in the United States.
Under Ms. Warrior, The Warrior group founded in 1997, has grown into a multi-million dollar commercial general contracting and construction firm which has an impressive list of private and public sector clients across the United States.
According to the firm’s website, Ms. Warrior is responsible for the development of the company’s strategic plan and corporate guiding principles and for creating a company culture that celebrates superior customer service, empowerment and excellence.
Her vision of quality and sustainability has led Warrior Group to play a crucial role in promoting innovative construction techniques, especially Permanent Modular Construction (PMC). PMC enables almost as much as 90 percent of the building to be prefabricated in a manufacturing environment using cost effective methods.
Ms. Warrior is committed to serving the community, In 2007, she founded the Heart of a Warrior Charitable Foundation and under her leadership, the organization developed a highly effective Summer Learning Program for local children that assists less advantaged children overcome learning loss during the summer vacation months.
Warrior also founded the Warrior Small Business Academy for minority entrepreneurs. The academy helps mentor minority entrepreneurs achieve success.
Gail Warrior speaks fluent Russian and is an alumnus of both the Clark Atlanta University (where she earned her Bachelors in Accounting) and the University of Dallas in Irving, Texas (where she earned her MBA).
