Fine & Country International (West Africa), the regional arm of UK’s Fine & Country, has been awarded the “Gold Category” for Quality, Excellence and Customers Satisfaction at the 27th International Arch of Europe Awards (IAE) in Frankfurt, Germany.  The award was presented to the Fine & Country in recognition of excellence and customers satisfaction based on the QC100 quality model implemented in over 100 countries.

“This award is a testimony that great things can indeed come out of Nigeria and indeed Africa, as a new generation of professionals who are committed and diligent about providing clients professional service that rival international standards,” Fine & Country, West Africa CEO, Udo Maryanne Okonjo, said in a statement released by the company.

Some of the companies that have received this award include World Trade Center, Moscow, Russia, Julius Berger, Masters Energy Oil & Gas Limited, amongst other local and international leading brands.  Fine and Country International (West Africa) has been working in the region’s real estate real estate market for the past five years.

Its recent sale of the award-winning Osborne Towers a residential estate in high-brow Ikoyi, Lagos and its knack in delivering branded “Intelligent Real Estate” advisory service to Quantum Capital, owners of the Civic Centre and the first Marriott hotel in Nigeria are some of the achievements it has recorded over the years.
