Cayman Islands struck by 4.2 scale earthquake

The Cayman Islands were struck an earthquake according to local sources and data from the United States Geological Survey.
The earthquake which measured 4.2 on the Richter scale was the latest in a string of recent tremors in the northern Caribbean region.
The epicenter of the quake was approximately 372 kilometers (230 miles) south-southwest of Trinidad & Tobago. It struck at a depth of 10 kilometers (6 miles) at around 6:55 AM local time (7:55 AM EST).
There have been no reports of injuries and damage as of going to press.
