San Diego African American ministers exchanging guns with gift cards

“We’ll give you a gift card for a gun,” is the message African-American ministers in San Diego are giving this holiday season.
On December 19, the ministers are sponsoring a no-questions asked gun exchange at their ministerial committee headquarters. The exchange, taking place for the past three years, gifted a US$100 gift card last year in exchange for a handgun. A US$200 gift card was given in exchange for a rifle.
