Jon “Bones” Jones has defeated Chael Sonnen via TKO in the first round of the fight.
The referee stopped the fight at 4:44 of round one – Sonnen was at this point no longer defending himself from the persistent punches, knees and take downs delivered by Jones.
Jon Jones used his superior size and strength advantage to throw Sonnen around before pounding him out with a series of elbows and punches that had Sonnen busted open and bleeding all over the mat.
